Injection Molding
Paramount's molding services have its roots as a low-volume development process service group. In the late 70's we recognized that designers, engineers and marketeers needed a way to have parts that yielded production performance characteristics, as well as offered economies of scale. While it's true that our first tools were produced from spray metal and backed by casting epoxy resins, our philosophy remains unchanged. We utilize our intellectual and physical resources to hasten the pace and improve the quality of products we deliver to our clients. Today, our passion and focus for this philosophy, is being utilized by a growing number of world class companies.
As a result of our vision, today we can offer injection molding quantities ranging 1 piece to 50,000 pieces from our in-house resources. We've expanded our molding to several manufacturing processes including blow molding, rotational molding, pressure and vacuum forming, decorating, assembly and metal casting processes. These capabilities are out-sourced and managed by an experienced project management team.

Your Quality Assurance:
Paramount has established a QC program to insure that all resources maintain the highest level of accuracy. Our practices are grounded on our customer's requirements for product to meet their specifications and an on-time delivery. Our system allows for early detection of possible defects to expedite necessary corrective actions.
Our QC system is structured to consider individual customer requirements for part complexity relative to overall part quality. Our goal is to assure that all deliverable product, both in-house manufactured or purchased, meets specifications.
All phases of contributing to part procurement and/or manufacture are fully documented. Written inspection reports recording dimensions and other client specified criteria are retained on file for five years. Copies of inspection results are forwarded with each shipment regardless of the quantity ordered. Paramount will custom tailor an AQL process that meets individual customer requirements.
QC Program Highlights:
- Document and Data Control... to assure the most current data is being used.
- Process Control... to insure the part is correct the first time and each time thereafter.
- Inspection and Testing... avoidance of a poor quality part being passed on to the next step.
- Inspection and Measuring Instruments and Equipment Control... assures all test and inspection results are correct, uniform and meaningful.
- Non-conforming Product Control... avoids shipment of poor quality parts.
- Handling, Storage, Packaging, Preservation and Delivery... insures customer satisfaction of their product from order entry to final delivery.
